  I bought this item and waited a week but never saw it sent. I messaged the seller, and the next day they replied, saying: "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you due to a system error. The item you purchased was not shipped out in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." They offered me options for a full refund or reissue. I asked for a refund, and they processed it fast. The seller was very apologetic. To be fair i gave seller a Positive feedback. Thank u.
