  I had to return the item because I needed a replacement right away and got it locally. Seller gave me return instructions. I tracked it until it was delivered, and sent the seller a note telling him it had been delivered. He immediately sent the refund through eBay, and the eBay has returned the money to my credit card. This sounds like a complicated transaction, but the seller was very gracious, helpful and kind, and I couldn't have asked for more.
