Excellent comms with seller. Delivery was arranged in good time and driver called on his way to my address. Item was well packaged with no issues. All materials required for assembly were enclosed. Only negative as item description notes it is freestanding, it requires the mirror, coat hanger and shelf to be Wall Mounted. They do not freestand on the unit as pictured.

Not good at updating tracking or answering questions put to them via eBay. The chairs are good quality, came well packed and delivered by a very nice driver. Good company if you don’t mind waiting for your order. Were a day late delivering which would not have panicked me if I could have tracked order. As they arrived just before we left for our holiday I have said they arrived on time.

I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect sofa bed for our spare room before deciding on this one. It’s the exact size and type (pull out with storage) required for the space available. Comfortable to sit on and equally so for visitors to sleep on. I wouldn’t want to have to sleep on it every night but it’s great for occasional use. The delivery driver helped me get it in the house too which I wouldn’t have been able to alone. I would definitely recommend this sofa bed for your guests to use
