  It was a great experience dealing with this small business! The communication was superb & they made a great effort to meet their high standards. The frames were identical to what was pictured. I searched for awhile to find the same frames but this business had the best price.The frames were shipped in a box that protected the frames. Enclosed was included a padded case. Speedy shipping was apparent. I highly recommend doing business with HEY.FRAME(hey.frame) . You will not be disappointed! A+

  Packaging could have been better, shipped in a cardboard box the size of the glass frames from U.S to UK. Took a week for the wear house in Illinois to ship it out, arrived within 2 weeks though. As described, good value PRADA frames. Thank you.
