    I’m leaving a five star even though the item doesn’t work. None of it works & we tried getting it fixed but it’s a useless furby. The shop owner was very nice though & I do believe the item was working before it got shipped. It was packed nicely. She was sending a video of it working but eBay wouldn’t allow it to be sent to me. I’m not happy any longer about the price I paid. If it worked, I’d be happy. I’ll just buy another when I can. This was a gift so it’s so disappointing big time 😞

    I'm truly sorry to hear that the Furby caused such disappointment. I would have loved to help further, but unfortunately the request came outside of eBay’s return window, and I’m unable to process a return or refund at this point due to their policy restrictions. I truly appreciate your kind words and still leaving a five-star review despite the experience — that means a lot.

    The toy tow truck is just as perfect as the pictures showed, and the tow hook works as shown in the video. I’m thrilled! Packaged with care. Arrived even sooner than originally estimated. Well worth the reasonable price. Thank you!

    Seller was great! Toy is in great condition, functional, and price was reasonable. It was also packed very well - which is a good thing because the box arrived damaged from UPS. One seam was completely opened.
