    Unopened pack of bass guitar strings was missing a string, seller responded almost immediately when I let them know, offering a partial refund. I only asked for the price of the string and they even covered the cost to ship the string from the site I was ordering from. Great customer service

    The seller was GREAT. I highly recommended her. The 3rd season was left out when I received my package. I contacted the seller and she resent the missing season in short order. The can't thank you enough. The disks, all 6 seasons, arrived in excellent condition and there was no problems in delivery.
