  Items were in good shape and as described though one of them was dirty. Shipping didn't happen for almost 5 days. I am not sure it would have happened if I didn't send a follow-up message asking for the tracking number after 3 days. Items had quality packing materials. The price of the items was fair considering new ones are very coatly. I had sent the seller two messages prior to purchase. One was responded to the other was not.

  Exactly what I needed! And exactly as described. This seller initially shipped me the wrong shade (not the one I had purchased). However, when I pointed this out to him, he immediately rectified the situation—and shipped me the proper shade quickly and at no additional expense.
