    Fast shipper! Packing was good. Mostly as described, but one of the lids has a dent and one of the handles of the little pots is cracked. Not really happy about the handle as I can’t really tell in the pictures and the listing says “excellent condition” and that they were well taken care of. Value is good for the most part.

    Quick ship. Packaging was perfect. described as MINT however the mandolin was more "like new" as we had to sharpen the blade and replace the missing rubber grip caps. BUT!! best of all the price was perfect! An offer I couldn't refuse!!

    I had already had a Jenn-Air glass mixing bowl broken in shipment to me so I will admit I was nervous, but it arrived today in perfect condition. The seller packed it extremely well and took great care to cushion it so it was worth the shipping cost to me. As described. Thanks!

    Item was not as described, damage to the unit, credit to the seller who offered a full refund and the return of the item. Unfortunately that offer was no assistance to me as I required the item, I made one good unit using the parts from a non functioning unit I already had. The item was packaged well and arrived on time, given the dollar value I paid for the item I was disappointed with the outcome. I can only imagine due to the volume of item’s sold this units damage was an oversight.
