    The Tusa Solla - Ocean Green fins are new with tags, and are difficult to find in new condition, however, the fins are size medium instead of the size small that was in the listing and on the external packaging. Mistakes happen and once notified of the error, the seller was prompt in responding to my message and immediately remedied situation, arranging for return shipping and a full refund. Offered a 15% discount on a future purchase as well. Excellent seller and would do business again.

    Received shoes in time anticipated. Shoes were packaged in double boxes for safe care. Shoes were even more beautiful than described, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Fair value. Recommend this seller highly!

    Great seller. Item was as described. Shipping was longer than expected delivery date, though, it probably wasn't seller's problem. Item got into my state, 25 miles away at shipping facility, then headed to NJ 3 states away. I was baffled. I'm NOT blaming the seller though!!!
