  The item, description and pictures showed a set that was slightly more complete than listed, communication was very prompt if difficult at times, however the seller gave me a full refund. Part of the misunderstanding was admittedly my fault.

  Customer tried to say that I did not send everything pictured in the listing. Then sent me a picture of another seller's listing. I then messaged back and forth with them for several days. They filed a return saying that I did not send them the entire listing despite me telling them several times that I sent everything pictured. After enough back and forth they still did not acknowledge that they were at fault but agreed to change this from a negative feedback to a positive. I refunded in full.
