  The item arrived as visually described but was unfortunately faulty. I contacted Heidi-foto and almost immediately received an offer of a return, repair or a heavy discount, meaning the issue was resolved without any difficulty at all. I have had a very good experience shopping with Heidi photo. I would happily deal with them again and would recommend others do too.

  Replied fast to my questions. Very well packed for shipment overseas. Very helpful with 1st class communication. It works perfectly and it’s condition is exactly as described.. Some spirit levels that were missing from the camera as shown in the photographs had in fact been replaced by the seller.
