  Unfortunately, my item arrived not exactly as described, there was a small rip that was not mentioned and hard to see in the photo. The shipping and packaging of the product was as expected. Returning the Vera Bradley Lunch Bag was easy as well. Overall, good experience, just a few details were missed.
