  Says "Free Expedited Shipping" but I got a charge for $30+ and had to pay in order to get my package. I would not have bought from this seller if I knew I would have to pay shipping in addition to purchase price. I could have got it from the other seller I purchased the rest of my exhaust from "shegoing" for $30 cheaper and received it sooner also.

  The $30+ is from the local customs duty in your country. It is collected by the customs, not by the logistics.
