  Although I did not receive the item due to it being stolen from my porch, my experience with the seller was very positive. They were very helpful and friendly and prioritised a refund for me. I have also ordered from them before and not had any of these issues and the product is good quality and exactly as described. I would still be willing to buy from them again in the future

  The order was marked as delivered to the porch, but I never received it. This is the third time I’ve had delivery issues with this seller due to HuahanLogistics, which has a tendency to lose packages or assign wrong tracking numbers once the package enters the US, so I end up tracking someone else’s package. However, the seller was responsive and resolved the issue quickly by providing a refund. I appreciate their willingness to fix the problem.
