  Box was opened and not new when received and had the ear tips missing. When reported to the seller, they apologised and offered return and refund. However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. Excellent service, shame item was not 100% per description.

  Good price for a weed killer which really works. Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

  Item exactly as described, packaging good. It's a shame that the courier left it propped up against the front door for all opportunists passing by to see without even knocking. I was home all evening and only found it by chance. I don't call that a delivery. E-bay seller take note your courier service are letting you down.

  My parcel was delivered to the wrong address so I had to message the seller to investigate. It turned up a few days later at the bottom of my drive🤔I have given positive feedback because the seller dispatched the item quickly and it was well wrapped, also they replied to my messages quickly it is a shame I may not order anything else as the courier let this seller down.

  When I opened my parcel, one packet out of three, was completely empty. I messaged the seller to discuss, I sent some photos and after a few messages, the problem was resolved with a quick refund. The two other packets I received were fine and toothbrush heads as expected.
