Instructions refer you to website which supply even more product education. That is much appreciated due to being a novice who has never used forks.   Very pleased with this large 10inch 136hz singing bowl. it has overtones, long sustain, and base note is indeed 136hz ...traditionally the frequency aligned to the AUM/Om mantra. Plus rapid delivery because the seller uses DHL which is one of the best courier services with full tracking and delivery alert texts. Item was well packaged and certainly value for money. Only 5 days to get from India to UK and to be delivered. Really pleased with all aspects of the transaction and customer service.
