    Honest seller and excellent communication. You can feel safe when purchasing from Sooper Sales. My Birkenstocks were stolen/misplaced/lost during shipping and it was the seller who notified me and issued an immediate refund. With as many sales that take place and packages out and about, situations like these are bound to happen. But rarely can you expect to be serviced with such honesty and speed to remedy the issue. Bravo Sooper Sales!

    Arrived quickly new in box. I didn’t notice the size was narrow in the description so I had to return them. The return process was easy. My return was approved and I quickly was emailed the return QR code and an option to print the label. Return shipping was free.

    Thank you! The Birks arrived very quickly, excellent packaging. They were new, as described. And even though listing said new without box, they came with a box and all the tags. Very happy with this purchase and would purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

    Item arrived safely packaged and on time. It’s exactly as described in excellent condition. Seller was quite helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable. The quality is as expected for a high end product and was a great value for price. I would definitely recommend this shop and hope to do more business with this seller in the future.
