    My sandals arrived quickly and exactly as described: new and still in the box with tags. The box was packed well and was not damaged at all in shipment. I already had a well-loved pair of these, but Birkenstock discontinued the style so I was thrilled to find them online! I paid a little less than I did when I originally purchased them, which was a fair price since Birkenstock's prices have increased since then and shipping was included. Based on this experience, I can recommend this seller!

    Honest seller and excellent communication. You can feel safe when purchasing from Sooper Sales. My Birkenstocks were stolen/misplaced/lost during shipping and it was the seller who notified me and issued an immediate refund. With as many sales that take place and packages out and about, situations like these are bound to happen. But rarely can you expect to be serviced with such honesty and speed to remedy the issue. Bravo Sooper Sales!

    Thank you! The Birks arrived very quickly, excellent packaging. They were new, as described. And even though listing said new without box, they came with a box and all the tags. Very happy with this purchase and would purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

    Arrived quickly new in box. I didn’t notice the size was narrow in the description so I had to return them. The return process was easy. My return was approved and I quickly was emailed the return QR code and an option to print the label. Return shipping was free.

    This seller has been awesome. I have purchased THREE pairs of Birkenstock sandals from them. They carry my hard to find size 35 NARROW!!! Best prices, fast FREE shipping. I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of sandals and they allowed me to cancel the order and choose the pair I really wanted! Who does that? I WILL 100% be buying from this seller again. I highly recommend them.
