  I initially ordered this part and it shipping status had it basically stuck in a “moving to next location- will be late” for several days, which told me that the part was lost in the system. After giving reasonable time for the part to get back on track (and it didn’t), I contacted the seller and the immediately shipped out a new package with the wheel bearings that I had ordered. That package arrived in three days. I am very happy with the responsiveness of this seller.

  Excellent quality, great product at a great price, lightning fast fair shipping, well packaged. Only issue is the ad indicated 20 amp switch would be shipped but the switch received was only rated for 10 amp, same as OEM; still a quality part, just not exactly as listed. Great seller, A+ , definitely would recommend.

  First package was lost in transit, but seller was very responsive and immediately sent out another part without making me wait to see if the original would eventually show up (it did and I sent it back).   I spent a little extra on this switch hoping it was a little better quality build than the ones I usually buy. It arrived today and has all the appearance of being better built. Of course, it is new. I wish the shipping was faster, as it came by slow truck clear across the country but; a few minutes after I got home with it from the Post Office, it was installed and working perfectly. It is just as described and I'm happy. Good packaging from a good seller. Thanks!
