  Absolutely horrible buying experience. This seller will tell you all about how he dropped off the item at Office Depot but it won’t track and then when you file a claim for the item not tracking and threaten negative feedback, miraculously the item gets dropped off. I ordered this computer on June 27th and when I messaged the seller the following week regarding the shipment, he replied very rudely that the previous Friday was July 4th, except it was June 27th. That began the saga of lies. BEWARE

  I never received my laptop and there has been zero communication from seller for over two weeks. I was counting on getting it on time, and I am unable to buy a new one until I know I will get my money back. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller at this time. They do not seem to be active on ebay.

  I do apologize for it all. The reason is not an excuse, but I have been hospitalized with no way to use my phone or computer. I am the only person that handles my eBay stuff and was in no shape to even try the first week after I got out. I have out 2 weeks now and just getting to where I can sit at my computer and package my items. I see you have received your refund and was wondering if you might consider revising your feedback toa neutral . Sincere apologies for your bad experience with me.

  Ordered 2x of an item and only one matched the correct model #, the other may have looked identical, but was a lesser model. Giving them a chance to make it right before feedback, seller assured me they would send correct model, waited over two weeks and received nothing, never received tracking either. Seller slowly stopped responding to messages. Based on the lack of cooperation I assume that they never had two of the correct model, but would not own the mistake and assumed I wouldn't notice

  First off this feedback is unjust on many levels. First I did over the buyer a replacement, and the buyer stated that they would rather have a refund for the one unit that was shipped on accident. I explained to the buyer that I did not have the correct unit in stock. With the final option being a refund based on the buyer returning the unit and when rec'd i would then issue a refund for the unit that wasn't correct. Th buyer waited 2 weeks to send the item back but as soon as rec'd refund sent
