    The condition of the item received from this seller was not as described. However, when I contacted this seller the response was quick, apologetic, and a complete refund was issued including postage. Sellers like this should be commended when the response to a "mistake," one which anyone of us is capable of making, is dealt with in this manner. I was initially disappointed, but in the end very satisfied. Integrity is magnified when manifested in the context of our mutually shared fallibility.
