  Unfortunately the guitar did not work correctly when it arrived and had some unexpected damage, but the seller was prompt in communication and made the situation right by accepting a return for a full refund. So although I didnt end up keeping the item, I would recommend this seller to anyone.

  I had a very positive experience with Anthony (the seller) despite part of the order arriving damaged/unusable. I reached out right away, included a picture, and asked how he would like to resolve the situation. I heard back quickly with a genuine apology and a compromise offer. I made a slight counter-offer which Anthony thought was more than fair and the refund was posted immediately. Unfortunate situation during shipping, but handled professionally by Anthony.
