    My box was crushed during transport by USPS which damaged my item and broke a big piece of the corner off. I let the seller know and my concern they contacted me immediately. I was given a small partial refund for damage done to the item I ordered. The seller was so nice and very fast in responding to messages. I will definitely order from this seller again in the future.

    I had to return the phone because when I attempted to use it, I found that it had been blacklisted. The seller should have checked and didn't. HOWEVER. Everything else was exactly as described and the seller was very kind and had great communication. They worked with me and let me return it and get a full refund. Very smooth return. Would buy from them again!
