    The item was as advertised and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and undamaged, but the carrier complained that it was not packed well. The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

    Early to arrive; so, I spent time updating it to Windows 11 Pro. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!! Thank you.

    Packaging: Solid. Product arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, within a robust and well-sized box. Condition/Quality: Better than advertised. Damage present in sample photo of lot was not present on delivered product, wear is very minimal. Value: Very good. Similar fully functional units start at this product's price WITHOUT charger, which was present in this package. I WOULD purchase from this seller again.
