    Early to arrive; so, I spent time updating it to Windows 11 Pro. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!! Thank you.

    Packaging: Solid. Product arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, within a robust and well-sized box. Condition/Quality: Better than advertised. Damage present in sample photo of lot was not present on delivered product, wear is very minimal. Value: Very good. Similar fully functional units start at this product's price WITHOUT charger, which was present in this package. I WOULD purchase from this seller again.

    I brought this laptop from the seller for my fiancé bday and it looked brand new and worked wonderful. It came packed up very nice and it looked pretty much brand new as well. I ended up buying one for myself so I hope when I get mine it will be the same quality. Also the seller was very fast to reply to my concerns with UPS and make sure to get answers for me and i got on time as well. I definitely recommend buying from this seller. Thank you so much!!!

    This eBay Seller is excellent for the HP Elitebook Batteries - There's no better price anywhere on eBay for a Genuine HP Battery - even though these batteries are also made in China. You really cannot find lithium batteries made outside of China. Lithium batteries are NOT environmentally friendly. Anyhow- This Seller is Awesome - Best Price - Fast Shipping - Great Communication.
