    This seller sent my note 20 ultra fed ex and it took 6 days to get it. After I get it I find there is NO S PEN! THIS WAS NOT LISTED as one of the things not included. So, naturally I want to return this. The seller gives me a label for USPS to send back (witch will take another 6 plus days) to get back to them and another day or 2 for my refund! This seller is not good in my opinion!

    The product arrived EXACTLY as described and is fully functional! I was also delighted to learn that its AllState 1 year warranty was immediately activated upon purchase. The vendor also provided stellar customer service and I will buy from them again. They were patient with my many questions, and they shipped the product quickly. They have definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend this vendor and plan to purchase from them again.

    The seller is so caring that in addition to ebay's email, he also sent me his own making follow-ups of departure and arrival of the item. I feel secure to say that I will buy again from him.     This "open box" phone was exactly as described. It looked totally brand new. Shipping was on time which was much appreciated. I don't think the box is came in was original manufacturer (it was just a plain white box), but it was packaged well. The phone fit snuggly in the box and the USB-C cord was still in it's original packaging. Just had to pop in the SIM card, sync the previous phone and it was good to go. So far (one week later) no issues at all.

    "Open Box" Phone delivered as described - in new condition. Appeearance was excellent with no scratches or mark. The price was comparable with other phones of the same specs. Delivered earlier than expected. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
