  Item had too long of a delay in being shipped which made me try to cancel. Hard to get a communication back. Time was of the essence. My still went out but it was going to arrive too late. I Worked with the seller on a refund and they came thru 100%. I’d use this seller again. Thank you

  Item arrived in factory box brand new as scheduled. Items was out of stock in retail stores and this was more than Walmart or amazon who had zero stock and no expected date, so I did pay quite a bit over their posted prices but my granddaughter loved it so worth every penny to see her face light up when she rides in it
