  Unfortunately and although the item was packaged very well it must have been hit during transit by the post office in a sensitive spot as the handle on the mug was pushed into the mug breaking it in multiple spots. I could tell item was as described as it was never used and brand new. It would have been a nice item to use for the daily grind. Seller handled the return really well!
