  Package arrived several days before tracking indicated I should expect it...so it was confusing.UPS ignored my package container and left it on my porch steps which was upsetting but since I was home I was able to get to it before anyone as it.Seller even had it packed to prevent melting which amazed me!Seller was terrific...UPS..not so much

  I never received the item. According to the tracking information provided, the package ended up being delivered to a different address in my zip code. Sometimes mistakes are made and human errors occur, however the seller was slow in responding to emails. No hard feelings, lesson learned. The positive outcome was, the seller refunding my money.

  Item came to my door less than 48 hours without tracking number and in safe package. It's exactly new as description. All packets are in original nice box. Good value for money. It's easy to take with us on the go. I tried one and coffee is good. Will buy again.
