  The DVD was shipped and received soon after the purchase, and it was packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipment. Although I haven't viewed the movie yet, it appears to be undamaged and the condition as described. It was also a great price. Thank you!

  Item never arrived (NOT seller’s fault), total screwup with FedEx. Seller was very responsive to messages and tried working with FedEx to resolve issue. When issue wasn’t resolved, seller issued refund promptly. I would buy from seller again on customer service alone.

  I am no longer using Fed Ex to ship as they do not have a method to correct incorrect deliveries nor a sensible method to obtain reimbursement when that happens.
