I asked if they could at least put it in the garage, which they did. The problem is that i don't have a bathroom in my driveway or my garage!!! Your public complaint on eBay is the first we're hearing about your frustration. That said, it goes without saying that a third-party delivery service is not going to unpack a crated toilet onsite and bring it into the house for you. It was actually quite courteous of them to even put it in your garage for you, because "curbside delivery" is what was specified.
