  The first delivery had a damaged outer gift packaging as no wrapping was included in the poly bag before posting; contacted Seller who replaced these tablemats by return. This was important as these (and the matching coasters) were purchased as a house warming gift). Lovely quality &design, these are not very often available in a 6-pack so happy to have purchased them. Great communications between the Seller & myself, fair price paid, happy to recommend this Seller for these and similar items.

  Many thanks, the item arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. It also arrived ahead of the initial scheduled date.   Packed very well, item arrived in perfect condition, and item just as shown on listing. Took almost one month to get to me from ship date…though not sellers fault. Just want others to know that international shipping times estimated are so very wrong. Package meandered through customs and here for quite awhile before delivery. Happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

  This is a wonderful buy at a truly amazing price. Your communication with me has been excellent and the item sent very quickly. All in all you have been wonderful and I cannot thank you enough. The duvet arrived in the original packaging and in perfect condition. It is a Joules set and has washed beautifully as you would expect from a premium brand. The Joules duvet set is stunning and is on another online seller’s Joules Outlet for £144! I am very happy customer and would recommend this seller
