When I complained to the vendor I just got a generic email reply saying that the refunds are arranged through eBay. I replied saying that I do not want a refund I want the product I paid for and just got the same email again. You can see from the photos that the advertised bottle clearly says special old reserve and what I received says product of Scotland.
