  Very pleased with the item. I did experience a delay in collection however due to the package being insufficiently labelled for the Click and Collect service, so the package was sat waiting for collection for 4 days without me knowing it was ready to collect. Took time emailing the seller and at the Click and Collect point to enable the release of my item.

  The biggest Ramshorns I've seen and all arrived beautifully packaged and in good health. I definitely recommend this seller and will use again. Great price too and they don't skimp on packaging.

  item never arrived, seller then said he sent a replacement, it also never arrived. refund given but 2 weeks of my time wasted waiting. sorry but i would not use this seller again.

  Perfectly explained by the buyer. They ordered, I sent, they claimed not received, I sent a replacement (as that is what they wanted), they claimed they have not received again, I refunded. So I am left out of pocket on 2 DVD's, 2 lots of postage and a negative feedback for my troubles. Looks like they have a postie that does not bother with scanning large letters and they know it.
