  Packaged my new Lotl perfectly in a cute little box the right size for the product, shipped quickly and with tracking information, and she's exactly as described in the listing and shown in photos. I am a little bummed that paying over $70 for the collectible it came without the kinetic sand it was sold with, but I can't complain when everything other than that was so perfect.
