Although the item took over a month to arrive, this was not the fault of the seller. They dispatched within a few hours of purchase and it was in the UK within 6 days. The 3 week hold up was down to the Royal Mail. I contacting the seller to report the item not received and they issued a refund immediately. The item arrived the following day. Very difficult to repeat payment. Excellent High quality product and a first class seller.

Have ordered these cloths in the past and they were packaged properly. Apart from that they do polish jewellery quite well.
