    Item was brand new as described. Price was fair. Packaging was safe. Only concern I had was the shipping time. Definitely took a bit longer than we anticipated. I understand people have busy lives but your own sale gives your standard shipping turnaround and we shot past that.

    This seller was great! The wrong ornament was initially sent to me and I let them know and they responded within about an hour and so I ordered a new ornament and I am returning the original one that was incorrect. They were very helpful and I have received my New ornament. And it came very quickly and is perfect! Thank you!

    Box was crushed in shipping, but the figures were not damaged. I plan on opening to display so it didn’t really matter and I didn’t bother to contact the seller about it. However, it’s always better to add some extra protection to avoid damage with collectibles.
