  The card arrived in good condition and was as described. I am leaving negative feedback because the seller charged $2.50 for shipping, then proceeded to ship the card using eBay standard envelope for the 1 oz. weight, which was $0.64. The card arrived two weeks late, and I had to pay the carrier for postage due because the envelope weighed more than 1 oz. I sent a photo of the envelope to the seller, and they refunded me less than a dollar. Was not a positive experience with this seller.

  The photo showed an additional postage charge of 44 cents which I was very surprised at since the envelope did not weigh over the allowed weight, but I apologized to the buyer and immediately sent a refund without being requested to. The refund was for the same amount of the .44 cent postage requested. The seller did not ask for a refund or a refund amount so I am disappointed that this did not satisfy the buyer.
