We treat it as if we were purchasing the item for ourselves, we want it in good working order just like you do. If there is any defects or not tested they will be noted in the description.

    A+ seller the fan was very well packaged and matched the description perfectly. Item ended up being defective and immediately was issued a full refund and I repurchased for a discount. the communication and shipping time was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and buy from again !

The seller, Hansen Tools and Oddities, went out of their way with responsiveness to questions, as well as follow-up communications-- far too rare on eBay these days. My item got here before I could blink, and it is wonderful, and was packaged very securely. I am beyond happy with my item and very grateful to this seller. Would give 100 stars were it possible.
