  Book arrived in good time, VERY securely packaged and in GREAT condition! This seller went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty in securely packaging this item. In fact, the envelope could have FALLEN OUT OF THE AIRMAIL PLANE at 30,000 feet, and the book would not have been damaged!!! Very much appreciated.
