    Ebay messed up the details of the item meaning that it wasn't as described in the listing. The seller noticed this and asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Since the item wasn't as described and would not fit my needs, I declined. The transaction was cancelled and my payment refunded. Great customer service from this seller. Highly commended.

    Excellent eBayer! Phone exactly as described - pristine quality, wouldn't know it was a refurb, not a mark on it. If any physical refurb has been done then it's to an extremely high standard. Well packaged in eBay postal pack and delivery was spot on with the timings given. Excellent value for the product provided, there are far worse quality refurbs being sold for more. Phone in full working order and with valid Motorola warranty and software on Retgb channels. Will use again. Thanks!
