  the problem i have with your company is when notified you about the rip in the pad and the caster .they wanted me to send pictures and i dont know how to do that so you could communicate with the vender well i can tell you is the the box was in good shape the rip was always there and the casters were three front and 1 rear.thanks for the great transaction.

  This was an excellent transaction. It shipped very fast from them, but it took three freight companies to get to my part of this state, so there was uncontrollable lags that were not their fault. To anyone waiting to get one of these lifts, I would say just do it while you can.
