    the problem i have with your company is when notified you about the rip in the pad and the caster .they wanted me to send pictures and i dont know how to do that so you could communicate with the vender well i can tell you is the the box was in good shape the rip was always there and the casters were three front and 1 rear.thanks for the great transaction.
