  Item eventually received - well packaged and all good. Massive errors by Royal Mail causing significant confusion due to innacurate tracking number and claiming parcel had been delivered - after 3 x seperate trips to local sorting office and numerous messages between me and the seller it was eventually discovered package had been incorrectly sent to a local Amazon / Great Bear postal strorage unit - not good at all but seller was helpful throughout and faultless - many thanks.
