  The package was misdelivered so I contacted Koh-i-Noor. They sent me a photo of the package in a letter box but it was not my front door, which I explained. They sent a replacement package with no quibble and it arrived next day. Excellent service!.

  Item received exactly on time & packaged well. Great quality product in perfect condition. As it is an item Derwent no longer makes I would have thought it might have been more, instead it was superb value. From the photos, I knew it would be good, but it was even better than I expected.   Lovely flowing ink for writing. Really impressed with the secure packaging, complete retail product, glass bottle with ink, outer retail clear strong plastic box around that. Then shipped in a strong cardboard box with the others I brought with recyclable packaging buffer to protect. Top notch packaging and seller, highly recommended! 🥰🦊😘👍🙏💯
