  Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and the customer service experience. All of my initial questions were answered promptly. The coat was exactly as described and I found the price to be a bargain considering the fact it’s a collectors item. It arrived quickly, as I received it ahead of the expected timeframe. Lastly, the packaging was impeccable as it came with the garment bag pictured as well as secured a box and bubble wrap. I highly recommend this seller.

  The seller was amazing and they handled my order with great professionalism. I did have an issues with the courier service and duties, but the seller followed up with the courier services people from their end too. It was a good value for money.   Received the bag in great condition just within 12 days, bubble wrapped, plastic wrapped and also packaged in a box. The bag is in pristine condition and as described. The scratch highlighted is not even noticeable. Great purchase and would definitely purchase from you again! Thank you!

  I am extremely pleased. The handbag is just as described and shown, and the shipping time was incredible. I ordered the 8th of July and received it on the 15th, despite ebay saying I'd be receiving it anywhere between early August to early September. AND shipping was free, which for someone who lives in New Zealand is an incredible feat. Thank you SO much. I will absolutely be purchasing with you again.
