    Used this business many times over a number of years because of their competitive pricing and good service. Another positive buying experience for quality products, that are packaged well. The only let down on this occasion was Royal Mail, who failed to knock/ring etc. just leaving parcel outside. Only later discovered by email it had been delivered to cover porch (that we don’t have). Panicked - looked up delivery photo & thankful found it before somebody else 😡😡

    The conditioner was dispatched quickly and well packaged. Communication by the seller was good, but the parcel arrived 2 days late, due to Royal Mail. I would buy from this seller again.

    This one item arrived no problem, however the second item I order with it did not arrive. They asked me to email direct and no response at all. They still have my money, I have no product and they ignore my emails. Not a good experience with this buyer.

    Swift delivery. Not the packaging as in picture , so advertising was a bit false, thought I would receive the lilac bottle to fit description. However it is an unopened pack of the older pink package of the product.
