All were as pictured, as described. Excellent price, better than my retail stores. I am thrilled to be able to get the larger hooks so I can do tunisian crochet more easily. I really appreciate being able to individually select only the sizes I needed and make my own customized set!

  I ordered mens socks, I was sent small socks. I asked for a refund. I was offered a 20% refund and told to give them away. I asked if they if they had large socks and was told no, then offered a 40% refund. I asked for a full refund and have not heard back. Not impressed
