  The item arrived on time very secure and according to the expectations.   Item description said, “In good condition, no noticed stains or nicks.” Item arrived with damage. Messaged seller 3 times over 25 days only for them to respond to my 3rd message. Yes, took 25 days to respond to my message which I had to follow-up twice. They did not take responsibility, stopped responding to my messages, and by this time the return window closed. I don't usually leave negative feedback but this is the first time I had a seller like this.

  After reviewing our messages and the listing, these marks were shown in the listing photos and the blade was not damaged as described. After we responded to the buyer, they did not say they wanted to return the knife and also failed to provide us with any sort of compensation they would accept. Further, they never opened a return case. If a return case had been opened as eBay suggests in cases like these, we would have issued a refund or been able to resolve the issue.

  Marked delay in shipping, a fault not of the seller but a mistake made by USPS. Well packed preventing damage to the item. The figurine has lost its walking stick not direct mentioned in the description ( should have mentioned it for transparency). The value is reasonable due to missing part.

  Extremely fast and comprehensive communication. They answered all my questions, which I appreciated. Since this was a pick-up only item, I was able to try it out (it’s a digital piano) at their store before I bought it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The item was exactly as described and the price was great. Not paying shipping cost was a great help, too. Recommended. Thank you!
