    Wrong o-ring was sent contacted seller they told me to show them which one was missing so i took a screenshot off of the listing and put and arrow to it then they told me to mark what was missing with an arrow. which i already had so i told them that no response for 2 days then i sent another screenshot with bigger and more arrows pointing to the missing part and still no response. terrible customer support. told my customer their car would be done by this weekend now i gotta tell them it wont b

    I purchased an item from this seller because they were nearby and I needed the item fast to get my daily driven car back on the road. They claimed they dropped off the item immediately to USPS and it just wasn’t scanned in. 6 days later, it shows an acceptance scan across the country so they lied about having the item dropped off. This was a substantial waste of my time. If I knew they didn’t have the item on hand and shipped I would have made other arrangements instead of waiting 2 weeks to get
