Communication has been non existent, no apologies or attempt to send them out. I did receive a refund but I wanted the bands. Terrible service.

Communication has been poor and very basic with no apologies or attempt at trying to rectify the situation or explain why the item was cancelled. A refund was attempted but that failed also. So I'm £15 down and no voodoo bands. Left me no choice but to leave neg feedback when l don't like doing this. You are literally 1 hour from me but acting like 10hrs away.
